Painting with Love: MENTAL HEALTH AWARNESS

This event focuses on mental health. We will complete a series of actives (networking, meditating, ice breaker, letting go exercise and of course painting). This is set to be a judge free zone so no need to fear being vulnerable. If you have any questions before you purchase a ticket, contact me!

About the event
Sometimes you just need a safe space for you get away and be free, PAINTING WITH LOVE has that environment you're looking for! Join us October 26 12pm at Cypress Grove Park for a painting session you will not forget. The following are the activites we will complete:
- Networking (time for business ownwers to tell the group about their business. Provide samples etc )
- Meditation (10 minute guided meditation session to get us warmed up)
- Ice breaker (3 part question game -- everyone must particapate)
